COVID 19 Update: South Grafton Public School Operational

Dear Parents and Carers,

As you are aware, South Grafton Public School was made non-operational on Tuesday 12 October 2021 for the onsite attendance of staff and students due to members of our school community who has tested positive to COVID-19.

The NSW Department of Education and NSW Health have been working closely to ensure the health and safety of all students and staff is maintained. This work has included identifying close contacts of the confirmed cases and advising all students and staff to be tested and self-isolate for 14 days as a precaution.  

The school has been thoroughly cleaned and our school will be operational for the onsite attendance of staff and students from Monday 25 October 2021.  

The safety and wellbeing of our staff and students is of paramount importance to us at all times. As such we will continue to work closely with NSW Health to ensure that all necessary health advice is adhered to.
